A note from the studio
“Perimenopause is often a decade-long journey of 'is this normal?' We built MenoTrack to give women the data they need to advocate for themselves in a medical system that often dismisses them.”
Questions
The honest answers.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your symptoms, HRT log, and notes are stored only on your device. You can use the app with no account at all — nothing about your symptoms is uploaded anywhere.
Do I need an account?
No. You can sign in with Apple if you like, but you can also skip it entirely and use the whole app — your data stays on your device either way.
Does it read from Apple Health?
On iOS, with your explicit permission, it reads cycle, temperature, and sleep data to enrich your patterns. It reads only — it never writes to or shares your Health data.
Can I bring this to my doctor?
That's the point. MenoTrack generates a clean, one-page PDF you can hand over (or email yourself) to make a short appointment count. The Doctor Bundle adds named patient and clinician fields.
Do you show ads or sell my data?
No ads, no data sale, ever — especially not health data. Product analytics are opt-in, anonymous, and never include any symptom content.
Is this medical advice?
No. MenoTrack helps you track and communicate symptoms. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything — your clinician does.
